Music, stories, readings and shows in the libraries of Grand Avignon
Du September 12 to October 17, 2026, the library network of Grand Avignon invites the public to the 4th edition of Chatterbox Balls, a free event that blends literature, music, theatre, dance and storytelling arts in several municipalities in the territory.
For more than a month, media libraries, libraries and cultural venues will host an eclectic program for all audiences: concerts, musical readings, storytelling, clown shows, introduction to Argentine tango and family dances.
Kick-off at Villeneuve lez Avignon
The festival will begin on September 12 at the Saint-Pons media library with a journey to the heart of Persian culture. On the program: traditional tales presented by the company Le Tapis Volant at 15 p.m., followed at 19 p.m. by a concert by Trio Soltani, between traditional Persian music and the poetry of Rumi.
