The place takes the form of a family cooperative (SCOP). It is structured around three poles:
– The cafe-canteen area is a friendly meeting place for everyone, with a children's corner with adapted chairs and cutlery and a changing table for the comfort of families. Pastries are served at any time and simple vegetarian cuisine at lunchtime, entirely homemade with, as far as possible, seasonal, local and organic products.

– The bookstore/event side offers a reflection on major societal issues through a selected range of books and magazines for young and old, and a program of events and workshops.
– The grocery store offers everyday products (vegetables, bread, wine, cheese, etc.) and homemade products.
