Restaurant Jacqueline

When the ephemeral becomes reality: Jacqueline settles in for the year.
Séverine Sagnet's vibrant gastronomy finds its perfect setting at La Maison Orsini.
See you on November 20, 2025 for dinner!

The news has the flavor of a well-kept secret that is finally whispered in the ear of gourmets: The Jacqueline restaurant, the ephemeral and audacious culinary adventure of the summer initiated by chef Séverine Sagnet, closes its doors on October 19… to return stronger, more rooted, from Thursday, November 20, this time for an indefinite period at Maison Orsini.
After a brief summer, the Jacqueline restaurant temporarily closed its doors at the end of October… only to reopen on November 20th, this time with no end date, in the majestic setting of Maison Orsini. In a dining room redesigned for the occasion, chef Séverine Sagnet continues her exploration of a locavore, biodynamic, and poetic cuisine, following the rhythm of the seasons and the Rhône River. A sustainable installation for a vibrant dining experience.

The taste of life
Each dish served at Jacqueline's is a snapshot of the moment. Tonight, it will be Crau lamb with candied celeriac leaves, roasted pears, homemade chutney, and a few chanterelles picked at dawn. Tomorrow, everything could change. The menu follows the seasons, the day's catch, the harvest from Mas de Carles, or the foraged ingredients on Barthelasse Island. Last summer, the journey began in the north, "along the Rhône," gliding from Châteauneuf-du-Pape to the sea, passing through the Camargue ponds. Vegetable amuse-bouches, river fish prepared by Mathieu Cardona, eels, and Vaccarès carp presented on pebbles—a tribute to the river. Then, southern vegetables took over: tomatoes, eggplants, apricots, sublimely presented in vibrant compositions, accompanied by biodynamic wines, also carefully selected.

See you very soon, with taste and grace
Jacqueline is no longer just a summer interlude. It has become a regular event, a landmark, a showcase for gastronomic Provence, vibrant, committed, poetic thanks to the talent of Séverine Sagnet, Guy Le Creff and his team.
