OISEAU has its roots in China, where Julie, driven by her boundless creativity, set herself a clear goal: to open a restaurant that would blend the best of Asian and French cultures, a delicate, seasonal fusion cuisine, highlighting quality products to meet the needs of customers, increasingly adept at quality and "homemade".
Each menu is carefully designed and updated every month to take you on a journey, offering you the freedom of a round trip without having to travel, a change of scenery while remaining in the heart of Avignon.

It was in 2023 that Aly decided to join the adventure for a new enriching collaboration.
The strength that unites them? Their versatility, their love of people and of cooking. Julie thrives behind the stove, while Aly takes care of the dining room. Two free spirits, joyful and passionate – THE perfect duo.
