Chef's presentation
Camille is originally from the North (59). She started her hotel school in Le Touquet then in Marseille to finish her Bac Pro and her additional mention in restaurant desserts. She continued her training in prestigious establishments such as the mas du langoustier on the island of Porquerolles and in other renowned establishments in Tignes, Lyon and Vaugines in the Luberon. Thanks to all these experiences, she acquired solid knowledge of the profession. The desire to share her know-how with you led her to open their first restaurant with her partner Toni at the gateway to the Luberon and Avignon, in Saint Saturnin lès Avignon.
We promote local produce and work exclusively with fresh ingredients. Camille's cuisine is tinged with simplicity and modernity, all in balance.
Since September 2020 Camille has obtained the state title of “Master Restaurateur”.
For those who are curious... The name of the restaurant O'Gastos comes from the slang meaning "At the restaurant" or "At the Resto". Renaud sang about it in his song "Marche à l'ombre" when he said "A débarqué dans mon gastos"
