Les Jardins d'été

Homemade, organic, seasonal, plant-based, and local cuisine. Located in the open air in the remains of a residential palace and benefiting from the coolness of the monks' gardens, the restaurant occupies three gardens, including a complete cell with its own garden.
From its terrace, it overlooks the Cour des Frères, a 17th century building housing the former service areas (pharmacy, workshops, kitchen) in its lower part and housing and hanging gardens in its upper part.
Its superb view over the city's rooftops makes it the ideal place for a dinner under the stars.
In 2025, Franco-Lebanese chef Aurore Ville-Renon Younès took over the restaurant Les Jardins d'été. Conceived as an ode to the surrounding vegetation and the tranquility of the place, her cuisine celebrates our five senses and the richness of our Provençal land. A cuisine from the heart, universal, generous, and authentic, which dispenses with artifice and breaks free from convention.
Aurore Ville-Renon Younès offers plant-based cuisine, 100% homemade, using ingredients from organic farming and sourced locally.
