In a magnificent setting with a view of the ramparts and the architecture of the City of Avignon, this place, created by the CCI of Vaucluse, is dedicated to showcasing the culinary art of Vaucluse and the know-how of the Avignon Hotel School from which the chefs and apprentices come.
The menu offers exclusively fresh, local products from ultra-short supply chains, thus guaranteeing freshness, traceability and quality.
The modern, sleek architecture of the venue serves as a veritable window onto the city walls, thanks to a large bay window overlooking the Porte de la République. The establishment covers 200 square meters, including a 100 m² terrace overlooking the train station and can accommodate up to 2 guests.
Le Quai des Saveurs welcomes you all day: breakfast, bar, bistronomic restaurant for lunch and finally dinner in the evening.
