Our chef Michele Donvito offers simple and tasty cuisine, where the pleasure of "eating well" is shared at every table.
True to the spirit of the traditional bistro, it offers a warm and friendly atmosphere, ideal for enjoying lunch or dinner; in the Louis XV style Garden Lounge with its Venetian chandeliers, in the garden or on the adjacent terrace at the foot of the Palais des Papes.
The hotel's garden completes the experience with its hedges of various species, fruit trees, holm oaks, laurels, roses and aromatic herbs.
