Italie Là-Bas-Ré

In February 2026, Italie Là-Bas becomes Italie Là-Bas-Ré at the Lambert Collection.
Italia Palladino's cuisine celebrates Provence and Italy, showcasing local products sourced through partnerships with local and Provençal farmers and artisans.
Italia Palladino's cuisine is a reflection of herself: authentic, creative, vibrant, uncompromising and slightly rebellious.
The 2026 menu affirms this balance: – A strong presence of vegetables – Clear nods to Naples and the Amalfi Coast – Unexpected yet always discernible pairings – A nutritional focus that never sacrifices pleasure
The Italian Antipasto remains a centerpiece: a table covered in colours, textures and emotions to share.
The [Re] concept combines:
– A customized offer
– Tasting menus
– An evolving offering throughout the day designed for demanding gourmets as well as young professionals, families and lovers of contemporary Italian cuisine, the table combines technical precision and generosity.
The wine cellar speaks exclusively Italian. With over fifty references, it constitutes one of the most complete and varied lists of Italian wines offered in France.
Entering Italie Là-Bas [Ré] means accepting that the plate also becomes an artistic space, a field of tension between light, color and structure.
Trained at the Beaux-Arts before dedicating herself fully to gastronomy, chef Italia Palladino worked for ten years as an illustrator and graphic designer for magazines and Italian television. Drawing has always been an integral part of her work: each new menu begins with watercolor sketches. The presentation of the dish is conceived on paper before being executed in the kitchen.
Italie Là-Bas-Ré will participate in the cultural movement of the Lambert Collection: openings, events, themed evenings, dialogues with contemporary Italian art.
The décor celebrates the light of Southern Italy: ochres, warm whites, and verdant greens. The terrace will evoke the picnics of yesteryear, echoing the noble history of the place.
