Drawing on his culinary experiences in Latin America and his unconventional career path in the kitchens of major French hotels in Bogota, Medellín, Cartagena, and Cabo San Luca, Cyril Cheminot has opened his own coffee shop. A place where the art of tasting and the spirit of sharing come together.
Located in the heart of Avignon, Coffeecina stands out for its hybrid concept which combines conviviality and functionality.

A former officer in the French Air Force in New Caledonia, trained at the Avignon hotel school, this tireless traveler has crisscrossed the American roads and brought back in his suitcases culinary souvenirs that he introduces to his clients.

More than just a coffee shop, Coffeecina is a place to live where you feel good.
Freelancers, remote workers, students, or simply those looking for a relaxing break or a quiet place to work on their projects, this space has been designed to promote concentration while encouraging interaction. This warm and welcoming environment also features a coworking space upstairs that can accommodate up to 20 people.
“I wanted to create a space where people could meet, exchange ideas and discover new flavors. I want to create a community,” says Cyril.
