Within our gastronomic establishment, away from the urban bustle, we offer you a discreet restaurant.

We only work in pairs, and offer a very limited number of places (16 guests maximum).

We seek to create an atmosphere that makes the customer feel good, as if they were being welcomed by friends.
Just like with an invitation, you don't choose your meal. You trust us.

We offer a unique 6-course menu, orchestrated around organic fruits and vegetables from Ferme du Bourgas.

Chef Gregory places great emphasis on the precision of cooking meat and fish, sourcing, deliciousness and sauces.
On the dining room side, the wine list is shaped based on the gems discovered by Déborah.
