Located in the heart of Vaucluse, in Saint Saturnin Les Avignon, the “La Rétanque” oil mill is a family business founded in the 2000s by master millers passionate about producing quality olive oil.
Olivier Marrou, the current operator, will warmly welcome you to his mill to share his passion for a profession that is several hundred years old.
Vaucluse is a department where traditional craftsmanship and know-how are passed down from generation to generation, from father to son. Like his grandfather, Olivier was fascinated by the profession of master miller and is now the second generation of a traditional family olive oil business.
