Nicolas Renaud enhances this excellent raw material through very gentle vinifications, without the addition of sulphur or any other oenological artifice.
He offers us fresh, complex, and distinguished white wines made from Grenache and Bourboulenc. His 1901 vintage, made from century-old Bourboulenc vines, is remarkable. His red wines are crisp, fruity, and fresh. They have particularly pleasant, supple, airy textures.
