Domaine des Carabiniers
Vineyard certified organic (ECOCERT) since 1997 and biodynamic (DEMETER) since 2009.
Occupied in the 14th century by the Italian horse guards of the Popes of Avignon (carabinieri), the estate became over time, due to its large stables, an inn capable of accommodating numerous carriages.
In 1920, my ancestors, who owned the vineyards around this place, developed their cellar within the old stable walls. The Domaine des Carabiniers was born around our emblem, "the horse."
