Former royal property, the oldest wine château on the Côte du Rhône, home to the relics of St. Valentine of Terni, patron saint of lovers. The Château de Clary, with its typical Provençal architecture, was built in 1775 in the heart of 160 hectares of royal forest.

The Clary vineyard is nestled in the heart of a 180-hectare forest. Its 7 hectares of vines thrive on clay-limestone soil and enjoy a typically Mediterranean climate.
The organic olive oil from Château de Clary enhances the Provençal character of the château's olive groves, protected by the surrounding royal woods.
Managed using agroforestry, the olives grow in symbiosis with the forest and its biodiversity without any external input.
The olives are harvested and sorted manually, then cold-pressed within 36 hours to preserve all the freshness of their aromas and guarantee their high quality.
