Brasserie Chimantà

The Chimantá tepui range, a high plateau in southern Venezuela, is a place revered by local people and has fueled the dreams of explorers from all over.
Proud of our origins and motivated by this taste for discovery, we wanted to honor this legendary place. At Chimantá, we want our carefully crafted beers with exotic aromas to invite you to a change of scenery.
We produce beer in a traditional way, favoring, as much as possible and depending on the recipes, local producers to obtain our raw materials. Our malts are French and we work with natural ingredients to flavor our beers (fresh rosemary from the garrigue, natural passion fruit pulp, among others).
