A friendly and gourmet evening
On Friday, September 19, 2025, from 18 p.m. to 22:30 p.m., the famous Velleron farmers' market transforms into a high place of celebration and gastronomy to welcome The Place des Gourmands, one of the highlights of the Bien Bon festival.
On the program: producers, winemakers, chefs and local artisans gathered to celebrate the flavors of Grand Avignon. Between foodtrucks, wine tastings, cooking demonstrations and musical atmosphere, the evening promises to be as gourmet as it is festive.
The Great Aioli Competition
Highlight of the evening: the aioli championship animated by the Master Chefs of France !
Open to all, this competition celebrates aioli, an iconic dish from Provence. Participants will have to prepare an aioli by hand in 20 minutes, using the ingredients provided.
To win :
- 🏆 1st prize : A €150 gourmet voucher valid in a Maître Cuisinier de France restaurant
- 🥈 2nd and 3rd prize : a crate of market produce (value €20)
- 🎁 For all candidates: a Good Good apron and guide to the Master Chefs of France
A prestigious jury, composed of big names such as Serge Chenet, Patrice Leroy and Xavier Mathieu, will decide between budding talents.
