Parc Génicoud
An island of freshness and an oasis of biodiversity, Génicoud Park is equipped with new, resolutely inclusive relaxation and leisure facilities.
A universal playground, adapted for children with disabilities, was created as part of the Participatory Budget. Selected with the assistance of the ANT club, sports equipment accessible to people with reduced mobility was installed.
Part of the shared gardens, developed with the APF-Terro Flourido Medical Reception Center, is also inclusive.
Finally, the park features a pergola built by apprentices from the Florentin Mouret CFA. It's an ideal space for lunch breaks for students and local workers.
The completion of the redevelopment of Champfleury Park represents an important step in the City's development of the Edible Green Belt, which extends to the west of Avignon, from the ramparts to the future Grand Parc de la Durance.
