The Château de Fargues, a 14th-century cardinal's residence, is owned by the town hall of Le Pontet. It houses the Conservatoire du Grand Avignon and the city's cultural service.
The latter offers a program of shows, conferences, concerts, exhibitions. In order to reach a wide audience, the proposed eclectic program presents to the public the various artistic disciplines of cultural life: music, theater, dance, painting, sculpture... but also more educational cultural events such as conferences or themed exhibitions.
In addition to the various shows that mark the season, the Château de Fargue is the venue for numerous events throughout the year.
