Description
This loop offers a tour of the abbey plain before taking you to the Sauveterre dam along the counter canal and the Rhône. It offers a beautiful view of the river and allows you to appreciate the rich biodiversity of the wetlands during the summer. On the way back, take the time for a coffee break or lunch in the cardinal city. Then cross the Kingdom bridge via the ViaRhôna and wander through the Île de la Barthelasse by following loop No. 4. Want to go further? Follow the ViaRhôna, cross the Rhône via the Himalayan footbridge - the adventure is on the other side of the river.
