Furnished eco-friendly accommodation for 4 people on the hillside with a view of Mont Ventoux.
We took over this 50s house 8 years ago. Located in Provence, at the top of a hill battered by the sun and battered by the Mistral wind, it seemed vital to us to create a garden promoting shade with many niches and corners protected from the wind.
Over the first four years, we planted more than 1000 plants in various ecosystems. With the water table at 90 meters, we also created numerous rainwater-fed water points and implemented a widespread drip irrigation system, as well as a greywater recovery system.
On the house side, everything has been insulated with great care. We joined Enercoop and opted for a thermodynamic heating system.
The waste is sorted, of course 😉
