The communal swimming pool is protected by an alarm (10x4m, progressive depth from 1.20m to 1.50m) and open from the beginning of June to the end of September.
The enclosed 6000m² plot is not overlooked. The shaded terrace on the garden level with a relaxation lounge allows you to unwind.
On the first floor, the living room opens onto a 1m² balcony terrace with a retractable awning and garden furniture. Weather permitting, breakfast will be served here.

In the kitchen, a space in the refrigerator will be reserved for you as well as access to the microwave, coffee maker and kettle.
The 11 m² air-conditioned room has two windows overlooking the garden, a 2x160cm bed (which can be separated into two 200x2cm beds), and a dressing room. A baby cot is available on request.
Your private bathroom with bathtub, sink, hairdryer, towel dryer and washing machine is not adjoining and accessible via the corridor, as is your separate private toilet.
