Le Moulin de Souchière

Built in 1812 and formerly a paper mill, Moulin de Souchières is now an ideal holiday home for a stay with several families. Located in a peaceful rural setting, yet close to the most beautiful sites in Provence, everything at the Moulin has been designed for your comfort (air conditioning in all bedrooms and the living room, heated swimming pool from April to the end of October), the safety of children, and the peace of mind of parents.

The holiday home with air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms offers an area of ​​280 m² on a plot of 6000 m², including 1000 m² enclosed in front of the house and 4000 m² around the swimming pool.
On the ground floor :

Dining room of (+/- 23 m²) for your meals inside.
Kitchen (+/- 20 m²): Lacanche range with 5 burners, 2 ovens, microwave, large fridge and large freezer, 2 dishwashers, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine and various kitchen utensils…

On the 1st and 2nd floors:
The house has 5 main bedrooms, all air-conditioned, including 4 family suites, and can accommodate a maximum of 10 adults (5 couples) and 5 children. Apart from the bunk beds, which can also be used by teenagers, the other children's beds (due to their size and configuration) are more suitable for younger children.

Room 1: Family Suite 1: an air-conditioned bedroom with a double four-poster bed (140cm), an air-conditioned children's room with bunk beds for 2 children, a bathroom with bathtub, double sinks, and toilet. Please note that the top bunk is not suitable for children under 6 years old.
Air-conditioned double room: a double bed in 160 (with the possibility of separating into 2 beds of 80 cm x 200 cm) and its bathroom with shower, single sink, WC.
Family Room 2: an air-conditioned bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), adjoining but separated by a door a small children's bedroom with two single beds (80 cm x 180 cm) and a bathroom with shower, single sink, and toilet. Access to the bathroom is through the children's bedroom.
Family Room 3: an air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed (160cm wide, which can be separated into two single beds of 80cm x 190cm), adjoining but separated by a door a small children's bedroom with trundle beds and a bathroom with shower, single sink, and toilet. Access to the bathroom is through the children's bedroom.
Family Room 4: an air-conditioned bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), adjoining but separated by a door a small children's bedroom with two single beds (one 80 cm x 180 cm and one 75 cm x 165 cm) and a bathroom with a bathtub, single sink, and toilet. Access to the bathroom is through the children's bedroom.

Parking for 6 cars. For safety and insurance reasons, it is not possible to charge electric vehicles via the home electrical grid. You can charge your electric vehicle at the charging station located in Entraigues-sur-la-Sorgue, 2,4 km from the house.

The swimming pool:
Heated swimming pool (from early April to early November) measuring 13m x 5m, with pool house, shower, WC, pergola, and sun loungers. It is fully fenced according to current regulations.

The owners live in a separate, independent house on the property. The garden and swimming pool are exclusively for your use.
