In an interior with refined decoration, you have on the ground floor 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 3 toilets, 1 living room equipped with a very comfortable sofa bed.
1 bedroom can be offered, in an annex on the ground floor for larger groups.
On the south-facing, shaded terrace, you will have a barbecue and garden furniture.
The apartment is fully equipped to allow you to combine business with pleasure and also to work remotely (good Wi-Fi network).

For children, baby equipment is provided: strollers, high chairs, beds, toys, etc.
Access to the swimming pool is secure and can be privatized on request.

The house is located 200 m from the ramparts, and a 5-minute walk from the historic center, its museums, cinemas, theaters, and restaurants. All shops are nearby, the tram is at the end of the street, and the SNCF train station and bus station are a 3-minute walk away.

Secure parking is available at a rate of €7,00 per day.
