Right next door is the Plaine des Sports, a 7-hectare wooded area, entirely dedicated to sports and relaxation.

Note that the building is classified as a remarkable 20th century heritage site.

Avi'Forme gym: 500 m2 space on the ground floor: machines for weight training and muscle strengthening, group classes of 16 people max (dance, box fit, cross training, postural gym…).

On the 1st floor, wellness area (cold baths, jacuzzi, hammam, sauna). Attendance limited to 30 people at a time. Reservations required with reception staff.

The establishment has a snack bar open in summer.
