The Creative Villa brings together the academic, artistic and entrepreneurial worlds to create a hybrid space for transdisciplinary experimentation and creation, meeting citizens, rooted in the territory and with international reach.

Throughout the year, the Villa Créative is committed to fostering connections between the arts, sciences, and society. It positions itself at the intersection of knowledge, technologies, audiences, and the challenges of societal transitions and environmental preservation. Open to the city, the Villa Créative aims to be a "university outside the university," through the dissemination of knowledge and the demonstration of the creative process in the arts and the scientific process in research.

An inspiring and open garden
Open to all, the garden of the Villa Créative offers a green oasis within the urban sprawl of Avignon's city center. The soil remediation carried out during the renovation has allowed this outdoor space to be reclaimed and biodiversity restored.
This garden now constitutes a calm, welcoming, harmonious, convivial and restful space. A natural space for transition, sharing and encounter, it accompanies the rhythms of the Creative Villa.
The annual installation of the Avignon Festival makes it a recognized haven and an identifiable landmark, open to the city and the world where different audiences meet and interact.
