Since 2008, the year in which Philippe Bronzini took over the Chartreuse MillThe establishment has modernized to become what it is today: a vibrant and welcoming place hosting numerous events and exhibitions throughout the year. Guests can enjoy the restaurant as well as the pastries, the cozy atmosphere of the tea room as well as the chic bistro with its delicious tapas, or the terrace area to soak up the Provençal sun in the shade of the olive trees. 

At the Moulin shop, you can also taste the Extra Virgin Olive Oil made by the house and find a selection of regional products, decorative objects and cosmetics. 

The origins

At the time of the construction of the Charterhouse, an old oil mill It was then located inside the city wall. For more than 650 consecutive years, this mill maintained significant activity, until 2018 when oil production was relocated.
