The castle and its courtyard
To immerse yourself in Saze's story, you must go see his castleBuilt in 1157, it burned down in the 16th century and rose from the ashes during the Renaissance. It underwent numerous transformations over the following centuries. Finally, in 2013, after extensive restoration work, the castle became the new town hall offices.

Signargues Escapades
We recommend that you participate in these "getaways" to taste the wines of this AOC, while enjoying a festive atmosphere! These gourmet and musical walks offer you the opportunity to taste local products, discover the villages and enjoy the music. These excursions are organized in the four municipalities of theSignargues AOC : Domazan, Estézargues, Rochefort and Saze.



Saint Sebastian's Day
We invite you to participate in a more traditional celebration: Saint Sebastian's Day. Brotherhood of White Penitents This tradition, celebrated every January 20th in Saze, originated with the pagans; their prayers are said to have protected the village from a plague epidemic. Since then, the festival honors them with a mass, a procession, and a bonfire of vine shoots reminiscent of those lit during plague outbreaks to purify the air.
Food Truck Night
For a convivial and gourmet evening, from April 17th to September 11th, come and discover the food trucks at the multi-purpose hall on Wednesdays from 18pm to 23pm. On the menu: exotic cuisine, pizzas, burgers, beer, wines and desserts!

Signargues Vineyard
Saze is one of the villages whose wines benefit from theAOC Côtes-du-Rhône Village SinarguesShared with three other villages in the southern Rhône Valley, this appellation is synonymous with red wines boasting aromas of undergrowth and dark fruit. They are composed primarily of Grenache Noir, Syrah, and Mourvèdre, with a minimum of 40% Grenache in the blend. These grape varieties thrive, nurtured by the Mistral wind, in soils rich in clay, limestone, and rolled pebbles.
Domaine la Quine
Domaine Quine, founded in 2000, takes its name from the slender legs of its founder, Yves, a nickname he's had since his youth. Yves Cargnino, who has practiced sustainable agriculture from the start, shares his expertise with his son-in-law, Alexandre Medina. His vines, cultivated on diverse terroirs, produce wines typical of the region. Cotes du Rhone, rich in character thanks to grape varieties such as Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah.

Dolce Vita Timelo Pizza

No need to cross borders to experience the authenticity and culinary innovation of pizzas Mélodie Poujol, France's first female pizza maker (and the first woman to win this award!), and Tien Siong, crowned French champion in 2021, invite you to savor the true essence of pizza. They showcase local organic ingredients and carefully selected products imported from Italy.
