Saint Sebastian's Day
We invite you to participate in a more traditional celebration: the San SebastianThe Brotherhood of White Penitents is at the origin of this tradition which we celebrate every January 20 in Saze; through their prayers, they would have preserved the village from an epidemic of plague. Since then, this festival honors them by a mass, a procession and a fire of vine shoots reminiscent of those lit during pestilential outbreaks to purify the air.

Signargues Vineyard
Saze is one of the villages whose wines benefit from theAOC Côtes-du-Rhône Village SignarguesShared with three other villages in the southern Rhône Valley, this appellation is synonymous with red wines with aromas of undergrowth and black fruitsThey are composed mainly of Grenache noir, Syrah and Mourvèdre, with a minimum of 40% Grenache in the blend. These grape varieties grow rocked by the mistral, on floors rich in clay, limestone and rolled pebbles.
Domaine la Quine
Domaine Quine, founded in 2000, takes its name from the slender legs of its founder Yves, nicknamed thus since his youth. Yves Cargnino, who works in sustainable agriculture from the beginning, shares his expertise with his son-in-law Alexandre Medina. His vines, cultivated on varied terroirs, give birth to typical wines of Côtes-du-Rhône, rich in character thanks to grape varieties such as Grenache, Mourvèdre and Syrah.
