Monthly revenue:
– For bookings under €600: 14% commission (excluding cleaning fees)
– from €600 to €1299: 18% commission (excluding cleaning fees)
– from €1300: 23% commission (excluding cleaning fees)
In addition to the commission, there are cleaning fees (which vary).
Property setup package: €500,00

● Creation and optimization of the advertisement.
Interior decoration and equipment are subject to recommendations and therefore not
Mandatory, but highly recommended. An average should also be considered in addition.
