Founded in 2020 in the heart of Avignon in the city of Popes, our Bean to Bar chocolate shop was born from a passion: to reveal the richness of cocoa in all its authenticity.
Here, we make our chocolate from bean to bar – that is, we control every step of the transformation, from the selection of cocoa beans to the creation of the finished chocolate.
We work directly with committed producers, chosen for the exceptional quality of their beans and for their practices that respect people and the environment.
Each cocoa origin tells a story, a terroir, an aromatic intensity that we seek to preserve through gentle roasting and meticulous craftsmanship.
Our mission: to rediscover the true taste of chocolate, pure, sincere and without compromise.
At our place, no artificial flavors — only cocoa, sugar, and a lot of know-how.
