Chef Jean-Marc Larrue, signatory of the Charter of Bouillabaisse Marseillaise, member of the Disciples of Escoffier and member of the National Academy of Cuisine, shares his culinary expertise with you.

Provençal cooking class workshop in French or English, at your home or elsewhere.
The course is followed by a tasting of the recipes prepared, in harmony with the food and wine, and the meal can be shared with friends (price of the meal according to the recipes prepared), or it can be taken away.
Once the appropriate attire is put on, jacket, apron and hat of course, the class begins!
A booklet of each recipe is given to the Chefs of the day.
Several formulas are available:
– A class from 10 a.m. to 14 p.m./14:30 p.m.
creation of 2 recipes (starter + main course + dessert) followed by tasting in harmony of food and wine
€90,00 (drinks included).
– A course starting at 8:30 a.m. with a visit to the Avignon Halles market or elsewhere and product purchases, until 15:00 p.m.:
creation of 3 recipes (starter + main course + dessert) then tasting them in harmony with the food and wines – €185,00 (drinks included).
– Possibility on request to participate in a truffle hunt, (in season) otherwise called Cavage using animals dedicated to this activity, pig or dog in a nearby place then arrival in the kitchen to make three truffle-based recipes in harmony with the wines that marry with the Diamant Noir. Minimum 4 people. - €259,00 per person (drinks included) / Allow one day.
