It notably allows access to Carpentras. The markets of Pernes-les-Fontaines, Velleron et L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue, one of the most popular destinations in Vaucluse for its waterwheels, antique shops and canals.

This cycling getaway connects two of the most beautiful cycle routes in Provence in a single day. From Villeneuve lez AvignonThe route first joins the ViaRhôna before crossing the Vaucluse and its typically Provençal landscapes.
Orchards, canals, market gardens and charming villages dot the route to the Via Venaissia, which then leads the cyclists towards L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue in a safe and pleasant environment.
Two variations are possible:
- 37 km, mainly on greenways and safe routes
- 53 km, for cyclists wishing to extend the adventure
The return trip can easily be made by train to Avignon, making this loop an excellent outing idea combining cycling and sustainable mobility.
