Voyage dans la musique de science-fiction
Bibliothèque Ceccano 2 bis rue Laboureur 84000 Avignon
It is often thought that science fiction was first literary, and that it then expanded to other media, through adaptations and visual and audio enrichments.
This is only partially true. Images and sounds have been part of science fiction since its media boom at the end of the 19th century, and sometimes it is they who have influenced the stories, not the other way around. Here, we will focus on music, in a short journey supported by research on the sounds of science fiction, which is rapidly developing in France.
