Guided tour of the workshops, evocation of the history of the house and the know-how followed by a tasting of 2 spirits.
All year round, this tour takes you behind the scenes of our artisanal distillery, its roots in Provence and some anecdotes that have made its history for 80 years.
You will discover the stills named "César", "Marius" and "Olive" as well as the "Mireille" boiler, and will pass through the oak barrel aging room.
You will discover that each stage of the know-how is essential and contributes to the perpetual search for the quintessence of the fruit that the team wishes to restore in the spirits.
The visit concludes with a tasting at the boutique's century-old bar: two signature spirits will be offered to you, with commentary and cocktail recipes offered.
From April to September, the tour begins in the pear orchard at the workshop and the herb garden
In winter, the welcome and tasting take place near the stove!
