Un verre et des histoires avec Aïni Iften et Nathalie Waller

Théâtre Isle 80 18 place des Trois pilats 84000 Avignon

Show

A carte blanche to a storyteller who takes the opportunity to highlight unpublished works, experiments…after the show, we have a drink and chat.

Tonight, carte blanche to Aïni Iften, storyteller, actress, singer.

She presents The Akima Bird.

“On certain evenings, just before sunset, one can admire a pink cloud with scarlet highlights in the sky, resembling a bird. It is called the ‘Akima bird.’ Legend says that the cloud is actually a young girl, imprisoned in a tower, yearning for freedom, who transformed into a bird to travel the world. A black bird, also called the storm bird, took Akima under its wing one full moon night and carried her far from her tower, far from her prison, and at dawn deposited her in a forest. She walked for a long time and discovered, between an oak and a poplar, a strange house, a house that whispered. Suddenly, everything changed…”

Musical tale accompanied by Nathalie Waller (viola da gamba, flute, Esraj).
