Regularly suffering from terrible ailments on the eve of an important deadline, a major mafia boss goes in desperation and in complete discretion to a renowned analyst to try to put an end to suffering that is as inexplicable as it is disturbing.
A power dynamic immediately develops between the two individuals, the ingredients of which are the therapist's professional secrecy, the mafia boss's code of silence, and the stakes of the contracts that each must honor within the framework of their respective activity.
