Territoires cinématographiques

This is a daily event featuring film screenings followed by discussions with theatre artists, choreographers, filmmakers, activists, critics, and journalists invited to the Avignon Festival. This space explores the intimate relationships these guests maintain between disciplines and with the world. It's a space to broaden perspectives on the themes presented on stage, the territories of the featured language, and the Café des Idées (Café of Ideas).

The screenings will be punctuated by several highlights: "Language Territories" will showcase films in this year's guest language: Korean. "Film Encounters" will provide opportunities for discussion with artists featured in the program after the screenings. Marion Siéfert and Matthieu Bareyre will present their film club "In Da Bunker," while Lee Jaram, Wagner Moura, Tiphaine Raffier, Amir Reza Koohestani, and other artists will also offer their film selections.
