Come and spend a day of movement, breath and creativity in a warm and caring environment.
This workshop invites you to explore three complementary approaches to awaken your body, your breath and your creativity.
Wutao – Awakening the soul of the body
Wutao® is a unique and holistic contemporary body art. With Cécile Chastang, you will learn to undulate, inhale and exhale, and fully unfold your being. Little by little, movement becomes dance, gesture becomes feeling, and the soul of the body awakens.
Song of Breath – Breathing in Joy
With Magali Guerisoli, you will play with your breath as one plays music, to release your tensions and fears, and enter into a new presence within yourself. A shared experience, connected to the breath and energy of the group.
Free Dance – Freedom of Movement
With Mercè Nebot, let yourself be guided by music, breath, and listening in a space of intuitive and free dance. Explore movement, letting go, and creativity, solo and in groups, in an open and welcoming environment.
