In 1988, Michaël Lonsdale was invited to stage Georges Perec's text, Life A User's Manual, published in 1978, at the Avignon Festival.
Perec's work, with its multitude of stories and characters (around a hundred), constitutes a major text in the author's oeuvre and in our literature. Come and discover the results of the reading and music workshops led at the Maison Jean Vilar by the Avignon-based company Maâloum, based on Perec's iconic text!
