The libraries invite you to a gourmet and sensory encounter around the olive tree and its precious nectar.
Guided by David Cornet, a passionate oleologist, you will discover the secrets of oleology: how to recognize a quality oil, understand its aromas, textures and uses.
The program includes: an introduction to olive oil science, a guided tasting of several olive oils, including one produced by the city of Avignon, a photo exhibition, and the sale of David Cornet's book "Voyage en terres d'olives".
