A private wine tasting evening featuring eight wines, hosted by Stéphanie Sauvigné, sommelier and terroir specialist. The wines and grape varieties will be presented, followed by a guided tasting to appreciate their profiles, with opportunities for discussion and questions.

Presentation of wines and grape varieties, coupled with a guided tasting to illustrate the profile of each grape variety – Discussion about the wines – Answers to questions.
The Club Epicure association Grand Avignon Terra Hominis comprises around thirty members and supporters from very diverse backgrounds. The association's purpose is to foster sharing, conviviality, and exchange, as well as the discovery and tasting of wines, without any profit motive. New members will only be admitted if they agree not to sell wine or engage in any commercial activity whatsoever (as you can see, this is not a business club). You don't need to be a wine professional or a seasoned enthusiast. If you're a beginner, you're also very welcome. Sharing and exchanging ideas are a source of enrichment.
Everyone learns a lot from these various encounters, while also having fun. Important: Please be punctual so we can start on time. Please be responsible.
Alcohol is dangerous beyond a certain point. You will be asked to spit (spittoons are available). Swallowing doesn't add anything; the pleasure is the same! When you get home from the party, don't drive if you are over the legal alcohol limit. Leave your drink at the end; we'll need it for the next party!
