Part 2: DJ set with 5 hours of mixes to set the Rouge Gorge Dance Floor alight. With a "Special New Year's Eve" playlist concocted by our resident DJ DJ AWA based on the best hits from the 70s to the present day, the evening will be danceable or not, all enhanced by special "New Year's Eve" goodies in party favor mode...

Entrance :
Terrine of forgotten vegetables with foie gras (croissant, tuberous chervil, vitelotte, ground pear) in open field salad

Fish :
Marguerite de Saint-Jacques, cream of peas with kirsch

Meat :
Turkey steak with wilted spinach and melting pears, porcini mushroom sauce

Norman hole:
Pear ice cream and pear liqueur

Cheese:
Roasted goat's cheese with honey pearls on a bed of lamb's lettuce

Dessert:
Champagne charlotte with red fruit coulis accompanied by a topette and a glass of champagne
