Notre conscience immortelle – Quand la science confirme les sagesses millénaires.

What happens after death? Stéphane Allix spent twenty years of his life investigating this question, working alongside scientists, studying near-death experiences, altered states of consciousness, mediumship, experiences of spontaneous contact after death, shamanism, and more. All of this research demonstrates that consciousness is not produced by our brain.

Sabrina Jecker, a yoga teacher, has also reached this conclusion by studying and practicing with several yoga masters for almost twenty years, using the path of direct experience to explore the nature of consciousness.

Stéphane and Sabrina offer a transdisciplinary dialogue on life after death, based on their respective journeys. They explore the points of convergence between science and age-old spiritual teachings. Two approaches leading to the same conclusion: death is merely a passage between two planes of existence. And harrowing experiences, particularly trauma and grief, can become gateways to our soul, a source of unsuspected transformative power.
