Are you ready to enter the whirlwind of Minable Umain? Will we be able to rise to the challenge of staging an unstageable text?
An employee is forced to complete a grant application or face dismissal. She doesn't know how to fill out grant applications. In a fit of generalized anxiety, loosely inspired by Georges Perec's "The Increase," she considers every possible means, even the most radical, to fulfill her task. As the play progresses, she becomes increasingly lost in the language and the multitude of possibilities.
Absurd, grotesque and exhilarating, a wave of madness takes over the Transversal stage with a jubilant original production! An opportunity to discover the author Romane Nicolas who has the unique subtitle of her play “unstageable text”.
