In a Munich palace in the early 80s, with the intention of making a documentary about Oskar Schindler, considered one of the heroes of the Second World War, an American journalist, a veteran, and his young cameraman of Jewish origin meet Irene Kalder, known as Majola, the widow of Amon Göth, the commandant of the Plaszow concentration camp from which the prisoners of "Schindler's List" were saved.
