Gourmet raclette evening: A signature cocktail as an aperitif accompanied by a mini croque-monsieur with truffle cream, a platter of Spanish charcuterie with Bellota sausage and chorizo, a 450g tomme cheese, salad, bread, chocolate fondant dessert and fresh fruit.
Pierrade Evening: A fun and tasty experience: meats grilled on lava stone and melted parmesan gratin. Appetizers, assorted meats, sauces, parmesan potato gratin, salad, chocolate fondant dessert and fresh fruit.
