Since 1994, La Mirande has welcomed every year, in the

They meet in the old kitchens of the mansion and work on the old 19th-century wood-fired stove. Local food lovers, young and old, enjoy these fun moments where cooking tricks and secrets are shared in a place steeped in history.
Aprons, utensils and technical sheets are provided and the courses end with a meal accompanied by wines chosen by the sommelier.
The cooks also have the option of inviting one or more people of their choice to join them for lunch or dinner that they have prepared themselves.
