– from 9am to 9:15am: Introduction by Fabienne Haloui, vice-president of the LDH Avignon Orange Carpentras section, member of the national committee of the LDH.

– from 9:15 to 10:45:
Round table no. 1 – The failure of prohibition and repression policies: the drug trafficking law, between ineffectiveness and infringement of fundamental rights.
Focus repressive measures against the high end of the crime spectrum, refocus police missions.
Anthony Caille, general secretary of the CGT Intérieur, investigator at the Paris Judicial Police.
Bénédicte Desforges, former police lieutenant, member of the Police Against Prohibition (PCP) collective.
Moderated by Pierrick Clément, co-representative of the LDH to the Collective for a new drug policy.

– from 10:45 to 11:00: Break.

– from 11am to 12:30pm:
Round table n°2 – The most vulnerable in turmoil, between stigmatization of consumers, relations of domination and control over minors within drug networks.
Joëlle Bordet, member of the national committee of the LDH and research director in psychosociology, specialist in the modes of socialization of adolescents from working-class neighborhoods.
Thomas Houdusse, member of the national committee of the LDH, lawyer specializing in human trafficking.
