A traditional fair in the heart of autumn, it is one of the oldest events in Avignon, seven centuries old and in the past it was the place where people came to do their shopping in preparation for the end-of-year celebrations.
Many fairground workers take part in Saint-André and offer textile products, accessories and leather goods, and will give the public a taste of local products from different French regions.
