Festival C'est pas du luxe !

Initiated by the Abbé Pierre Foundation, La Garance – national stage of Cavaillon and the association Le Village, in collaboration with the City of Avignon and Emmaüs France, the "C'est pas du luxe" project provides long-term support for the development of creative projects – across all artistic genres – between professional artists, people in precarious situations and citizens from all walks of life, in a dynamic of strong artistic demands.

"C'est pas du Luxe" brings together this wealth of works for a festival in Avignon. Three days of celebration featuring exhibitions, performances, concerts, and films in over twenty venues throughout the city. The goal? To celebrate these initiatives and the people behind them, to encourage interaction, and to shift perspectives on poverty.

The next edition will take place from September 25 to 27, 2026.
